Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are advance purchases of products that are not yet available for shipping. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Estimated Shipping Dates: We will provide an estimated shipping or release date, but please note this is subject to change. Any delays will be communicated to you via email.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the product ships.

Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard refund policy (outlined below) applies.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise specified.
How to Claim a Refund:
If the product does not live up to its claims after 90 days of consistent use, simply send us an email at support@shopcloudix.com within the next 30-day period to initiate a return and claim a full refund.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us in its original condition, along with all original packaging.

Returns:
- Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges for Wrong Sizing: If you encounter any sizing issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the product and its packaging (with your name clearly visible) along with a brief explanation of the issue.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and the package with your name clearly visible, along with a brief explanation. Claims made after the 14-day window may not be accepted.
Please note that if your request is made after the 14-day window, we may not be able to accommodate your needs.
Important Information:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. If you need to request an exchange before your order has shipped, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is processed.
- Sale Products: All sale products marked as “All Sales Final” on the product page are exempt from this refund policy.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within five days of delivery, providing a photo of the incorrect item and the package with your name clearly visible.
