Order Processing
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after your purchase is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Due to high demand, please allow 7–20 business days from the date of your purchase for your order to arrive. While this is our standard shipping window to all destinations, in most cases your order will arrive sooner.
Where We Ship From
All products are sourced and shipped from our international fulfillment facilities. We will fulfill your order from the facility best positioned to serve your location.
Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss
Title to and ownership of any product you purchase passes from Cloudix to you at the point of shipment — that is, at the time the product is tendered to the shipping carrier at our fulfillment facility. From that point forward, you are the owner of the product and bear all risk of loss, damage, or delay during transit, regardless of shipping method selected or whether shipping charges have been waived. For clarity, the sale of any product is deemed to occur at the location of our fulfillment facility at the time the product is handed over to the carrier.
Insured Shipping
We offer insured shipping worldwide for all our products. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain locations, including some remote areas of Spain (Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife), and some areas of Israel and Iceland, are currently unavailable for shipping due to regulatory constraints and carrier limitations.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not yet available to ship at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
- Estimated Dispatch Date: Each pre-order product will display an estimated shipping or release date. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change.
- Processing Times: Once the pre-order item becomes available, standard processing times (2–5 business days) will apply before shipment.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
Return Shipping
- For returns within 15 days of your order, you can obtain return instructions by contacting us. Detailed instructions regarding our return and refund process can be found in our Refund Policy.
- For items being returned for repair, replacement, or refund, customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) to our designated return facility. Please contact us before sending any item(s) so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Tracking Your Shipment
All orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS when your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our website using the provided tracking number.
